PURE Wellness Gathering "Vision for 2026 — This Is YOUR Year" at The Sanctuary Sunday, January 11th • 1pm–5pm • Seattle Life can feel full — yet strangely unclear. So much movement, so many responsibilities, and very little space to pause and ask: Where am I actually going? This gathering is an intentional pause to find clarity, gain sense of direction, clarify your priorities for 2026 that are true to YOU. Through intentional movement, gentle breathwork, healing sound bath, guided meditation and curated offerings, you’ll be supported in: - Quieting mental noise and releasing nervous-system fatigue - Releasing what no longer needs your energy - Reconnecting with your inner sense of direction - Clarifying priorities for the year ahead - Shaping a vision for 2026 that feels honest, aligned, and sustainable This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself. What to expect: - Yoga (60 mins) - Gentle Breathwork - Sound Bath - Guided Meditation - Tea and Snacks - Curated Offerings No experience is needed — just an open heart, comfortable clothes, and a yoga mat (please tell me in advance if you can’t bring one!) Guided by Alina — a certified yoga instructor and experienced sound bath practitioner with years of heartfelt practice in yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness.
